The defect forms have to be fill in on the tracking platform : Launchpad
Be as accurate as possible and don't forget to attach screenshots and cotcot files if you think it's relevant.
Create only one form per issue and avoid to gather several into a single one.
You will be kept informed by e-mail of your defect's status.
